Yeah going through this right now someone got on my account and ordered a bunch of items. I get deferent answer every time i call Amazon and have got answer from call your bank refund has been issued to they are investigation it wait 24 to 48 hours for your refund but as of now nothing.

I am starting to think I will never get my money back. Do not know what to do anymore but stop using Amazon pretty bad when a company gets this big they do not care if they loss a costumer that has been with them for years.

Donot i mean donot shop with this company they tell u up front that tyhey have the authority to shut down your account ehich happen to me twice in the same transaction. Unbeleivable these theves claimed they sent me my items and i have recieved nothing they are a ripoff and the aggravation u might as well go to the store and make your purchase. They closed my account sdo now i cannot track the package. Just the worst well off to ck my emails to see if i am still being ignored. Good luck and thats for the tip for their location in WA.

I bought the above through Amazon from Total Body Care/Radiance. I think they are all the same people. I read the instructions but noticed nothing was said about returns. I tried it on my legs after charging it for a long time. While the machine worked, it didn't *** any hair. I also tried it on my face. No good. I brushed the head clean and there were no signs of any hair. Company wouldn't refund money as they claimed it was used. They also claimed their refund policy was visible which it wasn't. It wasn't on their material or the amazon site. All the amazon site said was to contact the seller for warranty information.

Down right ugly.

I have ordered thousands of dollars from them for years and now they sent me reconditioned items and I returned some things and I get ugly letters!

ordered a mattress on May 28' I was told on the phone, that if I ordered it early enough, it would get there the next day, May 29th, This was for my home in Scottsdale, AZ. Well it didn't arrive until June 1 at 8pm.. I had a return ticket to fly home on that Saturday, I receive a phone call at 6am Saturday, from someone in the Philippines, telling me, the mattress will arrive on Saturday, or I can go pick it up at their Pheonix whse. JEFF BEZOS you need to higher Americans, and be loyal to your own country You refunded me $107.00 for the mattress that cost over $500.00 without my permission, when I emailed you personally! What about me paying double for my cancelled plane ticket, rented car, extra kennel costs, extra parking in New York, not to mention I was flying out on SATURDAY! Really Jeff what about my stress, your incompetent people you hire in a 3rd world country, pay them cheap wages, And you can't even understand them. My schedule and life, is just as important as yours, and I, like you have business obligations, and people who count on me. I did not agree to accept your ridiculous refund, why would you think I would? Would you?? Isn't your time more important than $107.00.

Amazon review in New York: Recent problems with shipping and lost or delayed orders

Problems with shipping, that appear to be with their shippers. In both cases, with either lost or delayed items, items were shipped from Amazon warehouse to east coast by UPS and then delayed at UPS warehouse. These items could not be tracked, and then UPS claimed that they were given over to USPS, who also had not tracking. I suspect that non "Prime" members may be getting second rate service now, and also, that there are problems with UPS. I have used Amazon for years, but now I would be worried. They did refund my money, but not my time, or worry.

Deceptive delivery time, incorrect product shipped, referred to third party, Amazon not involved

Ordered two ten packs of tapes, total of 20. Paid extra for expedited shipment. Never arrived. Spent 2 hours on phone last week and found out item had never shipped. Received credit for shipping.Received email saying it would come this week. Box arrived with 2 individual tapes in the big box not 2 packages of 10 ea. Called Amazon customer service. Explained situation several times. Received two individual tapes instead of 2 packages of 10 each. Agent could not understand so I asked to speak to someone else. Put on hold and then another agent informed me these were packaged by a third party so I had to call them or return tapes to Amazon for refund. Too much time and Agrivarion to even think of using this company again.
