Amazon - Trying to get a refund

Details
Bought 8 solar panels and one was all broken. Sent it back on April 26th. Amazon received it May 4th as it had to be back before the end of May and still they say they haven't got it, on their website, so no refund.

User's recommendation: Don't buy anything that is fragile.

Seller on Amazon. No Useful Communication From Amazon. Waste of Time

We have been very disappointed dealing with Amazon and WILL NEVER work with the company again. It was almost impossible to get support and timely or relevant responses if we got a response at all. The system is complex and has wasted thousands of dollars and the loss of our product inventory we had in stock. Yet they keep charging fees for the inventory they have destroyed.

Amazon - Delivery Sucks

Your delivery driver's keep throwing my packages over my front fence, leaving them to lay in my front yard, and even delivering them from the back yard, and just leaving them to lay in the back alley on the ground, outside my back privacy fence. Now, I dont know which delivery driver does this stuff, but I do know he's an Amazon delivery person. Even the delivery dates and times are screwed up. So, I've decided not to shop anymore with Amazon. Just too many delivery issues to deal with.

User's recommendation: Don't do most of your shopping online. Continue to support Brick and mortar stores.

Mr Jeremy from " customer service specialist" whom I was chatting with, did not answer my complain and sent me some "automatic" get-lost message - and disappeared...1st time I was treated that way on Amazon...Really pissed!

Because Amazon only have my first name, my package are being left downstairs in the lobby of my building any one can take my package. Whoever your carrier is they need to knock on my door just because my last name does not appear on my package but my Apartment number does. A stranger could have picked up my package from the main lobby and brought it upstairs to my apartment. I live in the project no doorman

Have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to log onto account; keeps demanding the expiration date of a credit card that has NOT BEEN USED IN SEVERAL YEARS. Your damn computer takes me in circles. You do not answer the toll free number. What you tell the customers is a DAMN LIE. REMOVE MY NAME. E-MAIL, AND PHONE NUMBER FROM YOUR RECORDS. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM AMAZON, AMAZON PRIME OR ANYTHING ELSE ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR COMPANY. DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR AMAZON PRIME EVER AGAIN.
