AMAZON WIRELESS AND THE WAY THEY DO THINGS

I got approved by Verizon Wireless to have 5 lines on my cell phone account, and I currently only have one active phone on my account. So I went to Amazon Wireless and ordered 3 Samsung Galaxy Nexus phones, and it says on their website under my orders that I should get these phones by July 30th 2012. I called and I told that Verizon Wireless had approved the add a lines to my account but is being held up because of Amazon Wireless. I was told that my orders have been flagged by them and that it can now take up to 1-3 business days for it to be cleared off and before the phones are even shipped out to me. I am not going to have to keep going thru this with them but they are the only 3rd party website that is offering the Samsung Galaxy Nexus for a penny! All I want done since it was approved by Verizon Wireless is for the order to be pushed thru so it can finally be shipped to me so I can get the phones and be on my merry little way. But no Amazon Wireless wants to drag its *** and take forever with everything. Now I know why everyone is pissed with them and that they have such a bad reputation is because of things like this that they pull on people and making them wait forever. They can't even email u and to let u know what is going on or anything. All I want is the phones I ordered from them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Amazon Wireless Lie To Much

I placed my first order with Amazon Wireless on July 18th 2012 for 3 Samsung Google Nexus 4g phones and was told the delivery date would be on July 23rd 2012, Everything was fine until on the 20th when they sent me a email telling me the order was cancelled because of their so called reason was the the addresses did not match, how can that be when the addresses are the same in billing and shipping. Amazon Wireless makes no sense at all. I was told since the order was cancelled the I could feel free to reorder with the correct address. So I did and placed the same order with the same phones and service and plan on July 20th 2012 and this is what happened, they send me a email telling me it needs to go thru a manual review and to call them, which I do and they called Verizon Wireless and did the credit check and I was told that my order was approved by Verizon Wireless. I have all the emails to show what was said to me. I try to access my account on Amazon Wireless to see the status of my order and then I can not get into it, so I can them and I'm told that my account and order are all on hold due to further review. So I got tired of waiting on Amazon Wireless to do what they need to do and get my order to me. So I called Verizon Wireless directly and set up a new account with them and ordered and phone to get the account started and activated thru them. So now I call Amazon Wireless and tell them to just cancel the whole order and I will reorder the phones once my account is active. They tell me I have to wait 24 hours for someone to get back to me and I was told that same thing yesterday. I know it will be the same thing tomorrow when I call and over and over again. Amazon Wireless is really a bad company and their customer service is the worse I have ever dealt with. They really need to take a look at how these people handle the calls and what they are telling people on the phone because I have a feeling it is the wrong info. If anything can be done I want my order either cancelled and my email address taken off of hold, or just send me the phones that I had ordered.

Amazon review in Albany, New York: Altered my Feedback

I placed feedback on an item and Amazon changed it to sound less negative. It was a third party seller who at the last minute told me an item was out of stock. They changed it around to be very benign instead of truthful. Four days before Christmas Sunrise Outlet told me that one item was not available when I ordered it over a week prior. Why do they ask for feedback if they are going to change it anyway. Third party sellers on Amazon are the worst! This is the second negative experience I have had during the Christmas holiday!

Open up the better buisness bureau website www.bbb.org, find amazon on there, and type in what happened (and post relevant emails). Then the BBB will force Amazon ( a real person, usually the team lead of the claims department) to consider and respond to you until you come to an agreement (under the BBB's watch).

I'm in the process now and it's great. let us know how it goes for you.

TODAY IS 12/3/2011 AND STILL NO REPLACEMENTS FOR THE 3 PHONES I HAD ORDERED FROM AMAZONWIRELESS. I DID GET A EMAIL FROM A PERSON WHO IS SUPPOSE TO BE DEALING WITH MY ACCOUNT, TELLING ME THAT MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR ABUSE OF THEIR POLICIES.

WHAT POLICIES THAT AMAZONWIRELESS CAN SEND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS TO IT\'S CUSTOMERS AND NOT REPLACE THEM. ALSO NOT REFUND THE MONEY THAT WAS SPENT TO PAY A BILL FOR LINES OF SERVICE THAT HAD TO BE CANCELLED BECAUSE OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. AND NOW I\'AM STUCK PAYING CLOSE TO $1500.00 CANCELLATION FEES BECAUSE OF AMAZONWIRELESS SENDING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS TO ME. SO IN SHORT NO THE ISSUE STILL HAS NOT BEEN SOLVED AND THEY STILL REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AT ALL.

I HAVE FILE COMPLAINTS ON HERE,WITH THE FTC I BLAST THEM ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE AND MY BLOG AND MY TWITTER PAGE AND STILL NO ANSWER. I GONNA TALK TO MY LAWYER AND SEE WHAT CAN BE DONE ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING.

I'AM REALLY GETTING TIRED OF AMAZON WIRELESS. I'AM GETTING TIRED OF THEIR LIES THEY KEEP TELLING AND SAYING. THIS IS MY THIRD COMPLAINT ABOUT THEM. EVERY TIME I CALL THEM THEY TELL ME THERE IS NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO BECAUSE OF MY ACCOUNT BEING PUT ON HOLD BECAUSE OF THE FACT THAT THEY ARE IN THE WRONG BY SENDING ME DEFECTIVE AND BROKEN PHONES TO ME NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. THE FIRST 3 PHONES THAT CAME TO ME HAD CRACKED SCREENS IN THEM, THEN I CALLED FOR A REPLACEMENT AND THE NEXT 3 PHONES THEY SENT TO ME WOULD NOT CHARGE OR EVEN TURN ON. I ENDED UP CANCELLING THE 3 LINES THAT I HAD WITH VERIZON WIRELESS BECAUSE OF THESE PHONES BEING DEFECTIVE AND NOT WORKING. I HAVE TO PAY A CANCELLATION FEE OF $350.00 PER LINE THAT WAS CANCELLED. On Feb. 10th, I ordered two Samsung Galaxy Note 2.

I rececived them on Feb. 12th as opposed to the 13th which was the original delivery date. One of the phones worked fine, and hopefully it does everything it's supposed too,but the other phone did not auto rotate as it is suppose. No problem, or so I thought.

I call amazon wireless and the told me to go to call Sprint for technical help. After resetting my phone and other trouble shooting, I was directed to go to a Sprint service center, but they could not fix my phone. I had to send the phone back, no problem, or so I thought. Amazon paid for the return and emailed me the shipping label for the return.

It wasn't until I dropped it off at UPS that I found out it would take seven days for them to receive it, Feb. 21st. I was disturbed that fact but its minor. What was more disturbing is that I was told that to get the replacement faster I could purchase another phone at full retail price and they would credit me when the defective phone was returned and received, this was an upgrade so I didn't pay full retail price in the first place.

Now I am back on the phone I used prior to the upgrade but I badly need a new phone because the old one only stays charged for 30 minutes. I am pissed that the return/exchange process is faulty but I blame myself for trying to save $50 per phone instead of going through my service provider or even Radio Shack. Lesson learned! I will never buy another cell phone from Amazon Wireless again, as I am still waiting for them to receive the defective phone and send me a new one.

I might even have a problem with the case I purchased for the phone as it seems to have the cutout for the s pen on the wrong side.

i have bought numerous phones from amazon wireless all mine show up and all my defective come too. i dont y everyone else is having problems.

just yesterday i bought the galaxy note 2. maybe its just u guys lol ive gotten all of my phones.

I ALSO HAVE A PROBLEM ORDERED 4 PHONES ON NEW CONTRACT WITH FREE ACTIVATION. NEVER RECEIVED CONFIMATION. TODAY I CALLED THEY TELL ME THE ORDER WAS REJECTED ANYTHING TO AVOID FREE ACTIVATION TERRIBLE COMPANY

TSD airsoft rifle from amazon.

Bought an airsoft rifle from amazone and a couple of weeks after that the gun clip jammed so i cant use it. Amazon custumer support just gave me the money back. I am pissed at the fact that they didnt even offer a new gun becuase the warrety was for 30 days. it only had been 2 weeks. Maybe amazon just sucks at CS or maybe it sucks in general. you tell me. the gun i bought was a TSD sports spring powerd m14 rifle. i thought it was gonna be a *** of a gun but it just up and broke.

I've had good experieinces with Amazon... even when they did screw up.

I purchased two Paintball helments that I concidered defective.

They did offer to refund/replace them.

Concider yourself fortunate that you got your money back. Reading these complaints gives me shivers down my spine!
