I agree with prior comment stating you need to pay extra for expedited shipping. Amazon.com has excellent customer service low priced or free shipping options.

Amazon.com uses a variety of mail carriers and sometimes the carrier offers a tracking number that Amazon.com can post to your order. If the tracking information says 'Left the Seller Facility' then that means Amazon.com has shipped your package. Now it is up to UPS, USPS, Fed/Ex, etc. to send updates your shipping.

For example, USPS may not post an update until the package is delivered.

Amazon review in New York, New York: Non compliance with N.Y. tax code publication 717-C 6/1/13

I prepaid using a $100.00 Amazon.com gift card to purcase clothing. My gift card balance was $105.84 and my total purchase was $104.71. Amazon refused to ship my order unless I paid sail tax. Everyone in NYC knows that clothing and shoes sales under $110.00 are exempt from sales tax, according to Publication 718-C . Amazon sent me more than 10 e-mails claiming no knowledge of the tax law and recommending that I see a tax specialist. Amazon kept my payment and my clothing, so I filed a tax fraud complaint on line. I'm taking my e-mails to small claims court. Amazon.com has used zip codes to target and prey on black inner city consumers. Amazon's gift card sales have flooded inner city stores. What consumers don't know about is the Amazon bait & switch, trick and trap shipping scams that can inflate and exceed 50% of the total cost. Black neighborhoods need Amazon.com, like they need church and cross burnings .

Amazon.com has offices at 1350 Ave.of the Americans in NYC,doing business like everyone else who complies with the tax code. Why are their attorneys trying to sue New York,just so Amazon can avoid the tax code?. If it walks like a tax cheat, and talks like a crook, it must be an Amazon thief.

Couple things at play here: if Amazon is based in any state other than NY, then you pay sales tax, as they are required to collect per their home states law. NY sales tax law applies ONLY to NY merchants. If you purchased from the marketplace where the products are offered by individuals, then unless that person's business is based in NY, then NY state law does not apply to that seller.

Amazon kept my money

Over and over throughout the internet Amazon sellers and customers are being taken advantage of. Here is the website we have created to deal with Amazon directly www.amazon-vs.us Amazon has created policies that violate sellers basic consumer rights but we are not made aware of these policies until its too late. I personally am appalled that Amazon has no oversight with its business policy. It's obvious to me the we have to push back to show we are not going to endure such abuses. Generally Amazon makes decision's for its own best interest, but to the detriment of its sellers and customers. Policies such as the following. -retaining merchant money for 90 days without reason. -refunding clients whom have not sent product back to the merchant. We have created a website to bring sellers and buyers together to confront Amazon directly. Amazon.com just closed my seller account. No warning, no details.

That must have triggered an automated account check (due to the dollar amount, no doubt). Hours later, close to midnight, I got this cordial email from Amazon.com (emphasis mine): Hello from Amazon. We are writing to let you know that we have removed your selling privileges, canceled your listings, and placed a temporary hold on any funds in your seller account. We took this action because our records indicate that this account is related to another selling account that was closed by Amazon. Once selling privileges have been removed, sellers are not allowed to establish new accounts.

Yeah they cancelled my account no warning no email or anything and i have money in the account I guess we will see if they deposit it in the 90 day if not small claims court. My email address would no longer let me log in or anything, they don't want anyone undercutting their prices so if your deals are to good they will shut you down & it's easy for an established seller to lie and report you if you undercut their prices as well. At first I was mad but if you can't beat them join em I pay people 50 dollars in all 50 states to open account in their name then tunnel into their pcs and sell now I make 50 times as much guess that's what they get for being unfair

If your creative enough, you can establish a new account. However I don't see why you'd want to do this, once Amazon treated you this way.

Chances are, either someone who lived in ur place previously, had an Amazon account, or else I would guess that you purchased a used computer that someone prior to u used for selling on Amazon. The worst part is, they won't explain what in the world happened and why.

However u can get back to sellin on Amazon. Just not under ur own name, and from a different computer.

This new computer has to be never had used by any1 for sellin on Amazon. go for it.

Amazon is BAD!!!!

I have had the worst experience with the worst web page in the internet! Please don't buy nothing from this people that don't know how to treat a customer!!! I have bad experience before but the one with Amazon was the worst ever!! Its better to buy in the market around your house!! If I am not the only one who complain about this bad people you do the math! And also 3 other members of my family have had problems with this people too!! Consider your next buy and shop around you house, in case you have a problem you don't have to deal with this people online!

I love shopping at Amazon, my prime account gets me free shipping and access to tons of streaming movies and shows. Your complaint about Amazon mentions nothing at all specific. So your complaint should be dismissed since it is like saying this:

"Don't go buy at walmart because I don't like it and I feel they don't treat me right"

Subjective to say the least, but I don't expect you to even understand what that means.
