Every single day at least once and sometimes twice , I have to unplug my fire stick. Because it starts having everything go at Double speed ...the actors talk in gibberish, everything is going too fast... you have to get up unplug it, bring it all back up again for it to go back to normal mode ...this is exasperating!!

amazon prime lately has extremly bad shipping habits they advertise a certain time or date that your package will be there but dont sit and wait you can bank on getting that pachage at least 2 to 3 days later,all these sellers also charge taxes on most of the items you purchase so really how much are you saving I am going back to Ebay where they dont charge taxes and at least you know they do advertise fast shipping.VERY BAD FOR BUSINESS AMAZON PRIME.BOOOOOOOO

It's glaringly apparent the outsourced and so called "Customer Service Reps" (CSR) barely graduated middle school at this company. A month ago, I ordered an item for $10.00 and I was also charged a whopping $105.93 without warning. I tried to explain this to their CSR only to hear, "Oh umm ok ahh well maybe ahh umm." I then requested a refund-only to hear the same mumbling. I told the CSR I would resolve the matter on my own and ended the call.

I bought a brand new phone from amazon that COMPLETELY stop working within a month. Amazon advised me that their warranty only covers 14 days and did absolutely nothing to fix it. I will never buy another product from them again.

Ordered a couch for $654 which I paid to Amazon. Did not receive couch in a month wait. Amazon issued a refund which I haven't receive yet. Didn't want refund , I wanted the couch. The couch is now $751, to reorder, Amazon will not give me it at the price I was charged a month ago. Talk to several different service reps and supervisors to file a complaint, to no avail. I have been a long time customer with Amazon and can't believe they could disregard my problem. When you order through Amazon you expect them to hold third party vendors responsible.

Amazon Customer Service Sucks

First off, I have never written anything about any company before. But Amazon really pissed me off with this one! I ordered some books (5-6) from Amazon.com last December. When I finally had the chance to read one of them, a sticker containing a code for the publishers website was missing. The whole point of the book is to go to the website for a personal test. I called Amazon and asked for a new book. They said that since 30 days had passed, it was my problem. How was I supposed to know that tucked in the middle of this book, my code was missing before I read the book? Since I had ordered so many, I could only read so many in 30 days. I buy about $2000 in books a year. Not one will ever be purchased from Amazon again. Amazon has lost my business forever, and yes I am going to tell everyone they suck!

Amazon force the merchants to return for 45days! and in reality for 2 month since a customer can always threaten for bad feedback, yet they care less themselves since no one can leave bad feedback on them!
