I bought a brand new phone from amazon that COMPLETELY stop working within a month. Amazon advised me that their warranty only covers 14 days and did absolutely nothing to fix it. I will never buy another product from them again.

Order through Amazon fulfilled by third party order not received.
Ordered a couch for $654 which I paid to Amazon. Did not receive couch in a month wait. Amazon issued a refund which I haven't receive yet. Didn't want refund , I wanted the couch. The couch is now $751, to reorder, Amazon will not give me it at the price I was charged a month ago. Talk to several different service reps and supervisors to file a complaint, to no avail. I have been a long time customer with Amazon and can't believe they could disregard my problem. When you order through Amazon you expect them to hold third party vendors responsible.

I had the very opposite problem. As a seller I sold a Playstation 4 to a buyer.
For my part, the transaction was 100% legit. The product was perfectly described and shipped promptly and carefully. After six weeks probably playing the *** out of Call of Duty-the buyer submits a false claim, Amazon refunds him without bothering to investigate his dishonesty, returns his money, bills me for $415 and tells me that the buyer is "not obligated to return my merchandise". So I am out $415 plus a PS4 because Amazon allowed this buyer to steal from me.
Judging by your bad experience, and my bad experience Amazon is inconsistent in how they handle the buyer/seller disputes.
They screwed us both over.

I had recently purchased A replica of bleach sword called the cutting moon I got the sword it was supposed to be in brand new condition nothing really bored what's River when I arrive to me I I open up the package in a bit of the second package inside the package and found out that it was used I am very dissatisfied with this company I suppose I'm not the only 1 that is really turning into a break on a good company to let people like this no that they can't treat there paying customers like this I for 1 remember be buying anything from this company again

Amazon wished me a merry christmas...
Ordered a $1000 led tv for my parents 2 weeks before christmas. It came on wednesday the week before christmas in horrible condition. The box was mangled, you heard the shattered glass pieces moving around inside. So I refused the package. I call amazon that night saying the tv is unacceptable and if they can send me a replacement right away, they refused. Only if I got my refund they can. They said I would immediately have my refund... on friday. Friday comes, and unsurprisingly, no refund. So now all hope of getting a tv before christmas is gone. I email them saying exactly what happened since the tv came. They email me back with no acknowledgement of the issue at all, no mention of the 2 customer service reps that assured me my refund would be there by that friday. All they said was I'll see my refund in the next 1-2 business days, and "Thank you for your inquiry. Did I solve your problem?". Merry Christmas to you too amazon......

Amazon Purposely Lies About Product Availability
I placed an order for a TV which was on sale and showed in stock. A few hours later I receive an e-mail stating it my "in stock" tv would now be up to a 3 Month wait! I figured that was way too long to wait so I cancelled the order. No less than 24 hrs later I see Amazon has the tv back in stock but for double the price! I called customer service and even spoke to a Supervisor named "Dwight" in order to have my order reinstated since they shipping time was misrepresented. His solution?.. Re-order at full price. Thanks for nothing!

I live in WA state approximately 45 mins from the Amazon warehouse and it is taking them 5 days to get my order to me. They could have put my CD in an envelope and mailed it but it is currently being held at FEDEX waiting to be delivered.. basically intentionally held so they can use the whole 5-7 days delivery time. This is incredibly bad customer service... if you complain all you get is your shipping charges refunded ... the shipping charges aren't the issue. It's not doing the best job that can be done and that is just bad customer service..

hey amazon is corrupt all the way I sold a tablet I ship it priority mail according to the tracking it was mail at the address provided.the buyer saids I know it saids delivered but is no where to be found.I open a a case and submit my evidence amazon issue a full refund to the buyer so she keeps the money and the tablet amazon is sucks

I ordered and received an item from Amazon. It was incorrectly advertised - the wrong size. I proceeded to return the item via the website and a window was generated that said the item did not need to be returned that "it was on us" and I took a print screen of the window as backup proof. The window is proof that I was promised a refund. I never saw the refund. I called and was told they had no idea why I would received that window/message but that NOW I had to return the item. That's fine - I will, but shame on Amazon for not even wanting to SEE the document proving my claim. Clearly they do not honor or control what happens within their website.
