The lady I spoke to in India, did not seem to understand the issue after multiple repetitions. I never received my order and received an item I didn't order.
She assured me she would reissue the order and I would not be charged for it. Then I received an email telling my to return the item and I would be charged for it again if it was not received promptly. I cannot return an item I never received.
I called Amazon back and asked to be directed to someone in the US and the issued was resolved easily. I am anticipating getting the order and have been told to disregard the return email and to keep or give away the item I never ordered
User's recommendation: Don't waste time speaking to customer representatives in India.
