They are holding my 50 dollars. My account was put on hold.

I was asked to send in bank statements which I did it and they said it didnt show the purchase so i sent another month statement with it on there. This started in October and i am still being told that i havent proven that its my account. You cant get a straight answer as to why all the info sent wasnt enough. Its all fraud to me.

No consumer concern at all. There is NO ONE available to help you at all you just keep getting the same generic email. This also happened to a friend. She received the wrong product sent it back and it took months to get her money back.

I know i will definitely read reviews before i patronize a company!!! Amazon has NO CUSTMER LOYALTY OR CONCERN!!!!
