Amazon - Need assistance thar customer service failed to assit with

New ReviewerI did not receive a package 111-526****-889**** purchased 9/18/2021. I tried wait to see if it would come and then it didn't so 5 days before the 30 day mark I called and was sent an incident report.
I filled it out 3 times and the response through email was that it wasn't filled out correctly. The information was correct but not in the proper placement. I was even told to put the answer before the question! Needless to say by the the time it was correct then I received an email saying it was over the 30 days.
This order was 149.47 that I just am supposed to eat. I have repeatedly called asking to be able to awnd packages to a locker and was told that some items cant be shipped there. Unfortunately I live in a bad area and items can only be left at my door so they most likely get stolen. I now have a camera too and right before i got it the delivery said a package was delivered with no picture and then a stranger walking down the road on the road side of apts saw the driver in uniform take the item out of a big box stuffed in the bushes and then ran.
The box was labeled to my apt. I called customer service and a supervisor told me that that's what they do to protect it for the customer! And then my next package was delivered to the wrong apt and there is a picture but its not my door as i dont habe anything outside and this pic shows chairs and little tables and the supervisor told they were the same and then she kept talking and hung up on me. I called back and another agent helped me so i am going to fill out 2 incident reports hopefully with no issues.
I would like someone to refund these and also the one that they said was too late as it wasnt at the time and obviously they had a tracking number then and then took so long about the way the report was filled out that it went over. I cant help where i live and I have tried my best to be home for delivery. I dont see this as my fault and certainly not so i would cry and have a panic attack over a form or the awful way I was talked to. Please help me fix these orders and make it so I am not losing money on purchases I never received.
I am disabled and I feel overwhelmed and being ripped off. Thank your time.
