I called Amazon right after I saw the picture of the package, (that I was supposed to receive) on an email sent to me letting me know that the package was delivered. I called Amazon to let them know, I did not get the package and a not too kind woman answered the call and gave me a very hard time, because I gave her the wrong email; I then gave her the correct email and her reply was, "you need to check your email and call back !".
I then called back the next day, and a very professional gentleman answered my call. I explained to him everything that had happened and right away he took care of the problem.
And within a week, I got a replacement. I'm very pleased with the way he handled the whole issue, Thank You, Sir !
