I requested to you please unhold /unblock my amazon account. I have ordered a Product ( Women's Velvet lehenga Choli ) and its Amount was Rs.
31,999. Its Order I'd 171-855****-696****, and I ordered this product on 16 December and I got this Product on 22 December . I had returned this product in 24 December Due to quality and size issue and product was pickup at 25 December.
It was my bad luck that I had not required payment at that time to place order thats why I had use my sister's upi, but if I would know to verify again and again just to verify my identity, I never did this mistake, just due to this I haven't received refunded it yet. I had mailed and many times call to customer care.
No one resolve my issue yet. Please help me to get my Refund As soon as possible.
