I talked to a man who had absolutely no idea what he was doing. I told him that I made two orders that were paid for.

However they did not go through and my money was refunded to me. He had me look for the order numbers for the first 30 minutes of my phone call for an order that doesnt exist because its not going through thats the reason I called. Then proceeded to tell me I have two Amazon accounts and the one I was using is on hold. Ive only ever made one Amazon account.

Its the same one on all of my iPhones. As well as he told me that it was put on hold for suspicious activity. But according to him Ive had no orders or purchases on this account.

I was also not aware of the hold because nobody contacted me. And now the items that I wanted are sold out I wont have them in time for Christmas.
