Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. not resolved.

Ive been a customer since 2002 in april of this year my account got hacked we fixed it and then i ordered a leaf blower which arrived with out a battery.

Who cares but my account got frozen bex=cause someone tried to *** me they said open a new accoun and we will put the gift card balance back on. I made account after accoutn and they would say we need 24 hour and you are all good. Never happened and in August i was in a bad accident with head trauma and coma. Never rezolved yesterday as i am permanantly disadled i spent over 2 hours with them and got nowhere even though they validate n=me and for hours couldnt find the order i shipped to westfield dodge the leaf blower they just want you to give up and keep the money. I work hard for every penny and am a disabled Global Quality Leader for GE Transportation. If you can help i would appreciate it.

Look at all their security they certainly know what is going on and that is BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

User's recommendation: Do Not Buy go Best Buy Wish and Walmart Stands by their products and accounts. They do not only meet but exceed customers expectations. Safety was number 1 at GE they overwork and invoke unsafe working conditions by invoking unsafe matrics that lead to bodily harm. I knw i toured the facilties when i was launching a new distribution center.

Monetary Loss: $270.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Amazon Pros: Real person answers.

Amazon Cons: Poor customer service.
