I order a printer 3 weeks from warehouse deals . Ordered and the item wasn't listed telling me I bought the item . I checked on it yesterday and it was on the way. After a hour nothing it just went away. This was bought on their warehouse deals . Buyer beware . It may not be there . Amazon sent a notice it was cancelled - n0 longer available . One minute there be delivered and the next cancelled . If you really need something Go somewhere else . I sent them a help e mail and requested the issue be kicked up higher here in the states hoping some one with authority can help. No reply and when I send in a email nothing .

Amazon does not want you to know anything.

I ordered a handbag from amazon. When I asked how to track my purchase what state it comes from , I got a response" please be patient. The item is already paid for. I was not asking for an address. I am so disgusted. I will consider not ordering expensive items again I am totally insulted.

Amazon in Amazon, Montana Province - Great Job.

I have had several experiences with Amazon, all positive. Customer service has always been polite and helpful. My issues were all resolved. In one case a collector plate I ordered arrived broken. Amazon contacted the seller, and arranged a refund. I also received 2 e-mails to confirm that the seller had been contacted and that the refund had been posted in my account. I buy a lot of things on Amazon and I have always been pleased with their service and mostly the quality of their products. One time I bought a bathroom shelf which was of poor quality,. I got a refund with no problem. Amazon is a great company as far as I am concerned and I shall continue to shop there.

Amazon.com is the "gold standard" when it comes to customer service nowadays. I am a Prime member and although Amazon "guarantees" two day delivery, they rely on the USPS to do so, which fails 50% of the time.

In the few cases where I had a problem with the product delivered, the seller took care of the problem with no fuss. All in all, a great company to do business with.

Amazon takes what you paid for

I use to buy my music from Amazon. Recently they changed their system. They took some of the music I paid for an won't give it back. They use the excuse that yo got to have a receipt to get what yo paid for. They expect you to pay them by the month now to have access. I was a regular buyer. I use to order a lot form them. They got really bad about sending wrong items too. Don't use their credit card. There is no way you can keep up with your balance. They don't care what you have paid for. They insist that you will sign up and pay by the month or no longer have access to what you paid for already. Amazon, is no longer fair with customers. Today, I tired to call their customer service in h opes of talking it out with some one who would fix the problem. I heard one add after another. Really? Amazon thinks they are so great that people will call their number just t hear adds they promote for other companies. I think I am done with Amazon. They absolutely have no customer service anymore.

Resolved: Apparently "in stock" doesn't mean "in stock" at Amazon...

Update by user Apr 05, 2017

I did get contacted by amazon and was offered a $48 gift card (difference between amazon price and cheapest third party provider on their site). They did attempt to make it right.

In the end I chose to purchase it from Walmart for $20 less than the amazon price, so I cancelled the amazon order. I still plan to use amazon as a source, but will no longer give them preferential status as I have in the past.

Update by user Apr 03, 2017

the order number is : 108-6747660-3401014

Heh Heh. Apparently my wife used my e-mail for a complaint and set the user name to "Sears Lies" a while ago. I love her so much!

Original review posted by user Apr 02, 2017

I ordered the Razor dune buggy for my son early last week. At time of order item was coded as "in stock" and received a delivery date of April 1. Item wasn't received. I received an updated e-mail showing the three month delay with dates of July to August. I’m positive the item was “in-stock” at time of order. To verify I tried to re-order and got a June-July shipping date, not the 5-8 business days on original order. Essentially, I verified the 2-4 month tag was NOT on the item at time of order, but is listed now. BTW, I’ll get it a month later if order it now? Really? Creating a fresh order is faster than getting it by back order? The amazon system simply would not give a shipping date of April 1 if that "2-4 months" code was on it at time of order (verified by the current June to July timeframe I was just quoted on website just now). Trust me. It was labeled as "in stock" in the green lettering. I'm quite used to looking at it, or the "hurry only 3 items left in stock" verbiage they are fond of. That means they either oversold the units they had on hand (not my fault), or somebody after me had expedited shipping (paid shipping or prime member) and they got the unit (also not my fault). The first customer service rep wanted ME to pay the extra $50-100 more to buy it from one of their third-party providers who has it in stock. I shouldn’t have to pay for a mistake that was not mine. Not when other online providers sell it for less than amazon. Yes, I paid a few more bucks to buy it from amazon. Not much, but it’s the hazards of being a loyal customer. After about a half hour, I was transferred to a manager who promptly hung up on me after about a minute (no screaming, but there was tone at this point). The second call into customer service the manager refused to do anything and said I must be mistaken. Even after I explained to them that the system currently wouldn’t let me get an 8-day delivery verifying the “2-4 month delay” language was not there at time of original order. What they should do is source it from one of their third-party partners (and pay the difference). It allows them to meet your obligation within a reasonable time frame for a small cost. Clearly there was a failing on their part and they should do the right thing to make it right with their valued customer. I’ve done nothing wrong except trusting their delivery of an “in stock” product in a reasonable time frame. I am very accustomed to doing most of my online shopping through Amazon. It’s my first stop and usually my last stop if the prices aren’t too far apart. If they choose not to make this right, they will not only loose this order, but all of my business. Whether they realize it or not, they have some tough competition. Wal-mart has really stepped up their “online” game in the last year or two. When I price match Amazon, they always have the same product at nearly the same price. Surprisingly often actually. Until now I’ve always stayed an Amazon customer in those instances. To the tune of $1500 last year, and on pace for probably $1500 this year. I’m still not sure how I spent that much at Amazon last year, heh heh. I was actually surprised when I went back through my order history. Their customer service has made it clear, they don’t want that customer. Now I need to figure out who will be my “go to” online retailer… I’m 46 and this is the only time I’ve posted something like this to a website. They should be proud.

I canceled my Amazon Prime account 8/26/2015. I checked my account today, 3/25/17 only to find out that they charged my account 2 years later. I contacted customer service to inform them of the unauthorized charge and I was told that I must of checked something online...

Difficult to know exactly what happened and/or who is at fault, you or Amazon. The good news is that Amazon will refund the money as their customer service is rather reliable.

The bad news is that it appears you are using a debit card rather than a credit card! Now you know why it is so dangerous to use a card where the money comes winging it's way out of your bank account immediately.

This is how we learn. Get yourself a credit card---if you can qualify for one and start using it instead of a debit card.

I have been charged twice for membership within a month. When I called a customer service to explain my situation, they hung up on me. I was trying to reach them since 9:00am until12:18pm. The people with whom I spoke were unpleasant. I had the worst customer service experience ever. One of them was Kevin Roy amazon ID 1995- The customer service representative would not transfer me to the Customer Manager, they said, HE DOES NOT WANT TO SPEAK WITH YOU... Another customer service representative asked me WHY I HAVE SUCH DIFFICULT NAME....do they have manners. I am very surprised, knowing how huge is Amazon, why they are allowing to have such a poor customer service…do they train them how to speak with customers

I had been a Prime Member for about two years before deciding not to renew this year. Yes, I have experienced that rude customer service as well so I believe you.

I've been strung along for hours trying to get through to that one intelligent person until I have lost my temper. However, THAT is not what is bothering me the most. After not renewing I discovered that Amazon actually alienates those that are not Prime Members with even poorer service!

Today I had a product review rejected because it was under $50 and I'm not a Prime Member. Never heard of such a thing!

"9:00am until12:18pm. The people with whom I spoke were unpleasant"

So you're trying to tell us that you called for 15 hours and only got the worst to the worst?

C'mon..

Tell the truth. You called in there cussing and fussing causing them to hang up in your face.

9 am to 12:18 pm is 3 hours 18 min NOT 15 hours. Who are you to doubt this person? You can't even do proper math!
