I received messages from Amazon saying my package was with the shipper Fed -Ex, I rcvd notifications saying package was otw would be delivered by 8pm that day Once package never came I tracked package it said would be late then next week said it was lost with Fed ex so now a month later I contact Amazon who still says its with Fed ex I called Fed ex they said they never had my package from the start. Even tho u have proof that they sent me notices saying it would be delivered several times. I dont know what to do Ive spent $250 for an item that both carrier and shipper saying they dont have im completely overwhelmed it was a gift and I thought it would be delivered a month prior

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Amazon Pros: Reply mails.

Amazon Cons: Never get a customer representative on phone.
