I ordered a 3d Printer with prime next day delivery 4 days ago and still have not received it call Amazon customers service about the problem because it's being shipped by usps when it was sent to a Amazon facility by usps then picked back up it by usps that how does that makes any sense but they are switching to electronic Van's to save the planet but make unnecessary drop and pickups now my package is lost Amazon told me they dont know what happened but wait a few days and if it doesn't come by the end of this date contact us the next day "why the next day no idea" so their solution is a refund that will take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days to get or replace the item that will take who knows how long honestly they said should offer a 50% refund and still replace the item for the inconvenience they offered 5$ of my next order wow thanks for nothing last time I'll order from them bacc to Walmart and E Bay there hasn't been a update on my package since Monday the day it should have been here is now 10pm Wednesday
User's recommendation: I recommend ordering somewhere else till Amazon figures something's out have only heard bad thing about their delivery for the past 6 mlm months.

Amazon Pros: Decent pricing.
Amazon Cons: Cant get a person with out going through all these options, Act like we work for them and know the exact department, Offer nothing for the inconvenience, Cant understand half the works.
