I placed a phone order on 3/28/22 with Rose whom I believed was with Amazon. The product was from Vermont Teddy Bear Company - they have no record of my order so I tried to reach amazon because no record of my order appeared on their website.

I never could reach a human being at Amazon and my descriptions of the problem weren't understood on the Amazon chat site. However because there was no charge on my credit card I re-ordered the product and if I end up with a duplicate I will return one. BUT my huge annoyance is that Amazon is not customer friendly!!! I guess we know that now.

Customer service? - NOT in my experience.

User's recommendation: What Amazon does, it does well but it's impossible to contact a human being when you have a problem or question that isn't on their website or their menu of chat categories.
