Hi my name is Prabhat I ordered for Samsung S6 tab on 19th of August and now today is 21st August but they didn’t dispatch right now I am worried about that when the people will dispatch and when I will get the tab. The people are intensional giving products late to let their customer cause they want to earn money through Amazon prime membership.

For that when I called the customer care they don’t have the knowledge and when I ask for product invoice even they don’t know about the difference between bill and invoice I request you please first of all trained your customer care staff tell him that how to talk with the customer how to deal with the customer if this practice continued in the future I am afraid you will be lose your customers and business in India .
