I filled out the pissed form and called customer service. The only resolution he had to offer was to return what part of my order I did receive.

And was told I could reorder, reorder really. Why would I do that. Why is Amazon not able to send me the other half of my order that I didnt receive. Instead I was ask to return what part of the order I did receive and once UPS scans The code my money will be refunded in Five days.

I have to wait five days to get my money back on a messed up order you are responsible for. I want to all so note that the item I did receive has slight damage to it. I will be returning this item tomorrow.

As you can see from my photos there is only one Bora speed horse in the box. I ordered a pair.
