We can certainly understand your concerns about this

claim being closed. However, as stated in our previous message, regarding 1x4-1726519-22xxx69:

The seller who fulfilled this order indicates no

return has been received. Unfortunately, the shipment information provided for this return does not prove that the item(s) were delivered to the seller, as it does not include a signature confirmation of delivery to seller's address. As a result, this is insufficient evidence of delivery to the intended recipient. Since we are unable to confirm that your return has been delivered to the seller's address, your claim has been denied.

Are you seriously blonde? Two tacos short the combo plate?

There is no return because I never received the item to begin with. Claim was already approved and furthermore I want to know who is investigating this seller.

This is a bunch of baloney!!! i took the liberty to bypass your investigation. So your apology for any inconvenience is unacceptable. I have requested Amazon to fully investigate this entire SCAM you pulled on me. Carrier, yeah prove it. Reading your feedback seems like you do this often, "The system said "Preparing to ship" for days and then it changed to "Shipped" and then I get an email from the seller saying they can't complete the order and refunded my money to the credit card. Maybe they wanted to sell it at a higher price? Meanwhile, as I type this, it still says "Shipped" on the Amazon even though it was canceled by the seller over a week ago!!!" another comment "NOT the kind of service I expect from Amazon or sellers that are listed on Amazon." The real problem was that they priced their item too low and didn't want to honor what they said they would charge. Very poor service" This day in age who doesn't provide tracking numbers, still I am requesting carrier who supposedly had reported my item was lost in transient, I guarantee you one thing pal, I will contact every carrier around you, and I will verify you are not pulling insurance scams.

Since, I wasn't getting the support from Amazon, just look at this letter, for example. I am happy to let you know my BBB complaint went live. I am hoping other come forward. I am definitely going to start shopping elsewhere.

Maybe Amazon, should start looking at feedback. I know over the past six months, I have had nothing but heartache. I even had the pleasure of writing a letter to your corporate office. The proof in this letter just shows how rude, unknowledgeable and unprofessional your customer service really is. I have contacted the seller one last time. I think he should make good on my four guitars. He did sell them hold my money for ten days, lied about shipping. I am hoping two/four complaints will help me in this situation. I am disappointed Amazon didn't step up. I have decided after this situation I want to shop where I am appreciated. Not treated in this manner. Shame on you.

This person wrote the review because of poor customer service of acoustic electric cutaway guitar from Amazon and attached a photo. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $310 and wants Amazon to have the product delivered.

The most disappointing in user's experience was lied about shipping, held money for ten days, amazon not supporting customers and poor customer service. Author liked the most great bargain i found. The author asks this business to immediately contact him/ her to briefly discuss his/ her negative experience with the company.

I too.Have been scammed by Meagadeal.

Didn't receive item I ordered, notified them, they said well it was delivered. I did get another box, not from them, with an item I didn't order. They wanted me to return the item, the one they supposedly didn't send me by mistake, back to them. All while being billed for BOTH items.

How do you send back an item that; isn't from them, no marking of their company name anywhere on package, and wrong item to be refunded?These people are crazy.

If a company sends you an item by mistake, by LAW they cannot ask you to send it back or charge you for it.

Well, they're allowed to ask, nothing wrong with that.But someone is not allowed to just ship you an item and then bill you.

However, since you did already enter into a contract of sale with them, that likely changes things.

For example, if I went into a store and was given the wrong item in a box, they didn't gift it to me, and I would certainly be expected to return it in exchange for the proper item as they never legally consented to sell the mistaken item.

Here, if the terms and conditions stated that an exchange must be made and if you did enter into a contract like you stated by purchasing the item in the first place, then of course the original wrong item must be returned.It's a mistake, not a gift.
