Amazon - Avoid Prime. Read requirements/rules closely. Many customer service employees can’t communicate sufficiently.

Prime was not all Amazon ads made it out to be. Orders didn’t come to me. Whole Foods has limited diversity of food products. Digital thermometer was defective. Amazon did not display my negative rating of thermometer.

I am having trouble with password. They tell me to reset my account. They send me an email with otp# which doesn't work. They ask me 4 questions the last I cant answer. I cant even opt out of this lousy corporation with out a password.

Amazon - HACKED FROM INDIA

I would be very careful using Amazon. A user in India has hacked my account, changed the settings, locked me out and had refunds for all my recent packages sent to them via a gift card. Complaining / fixing this is incredibly difficult as firstly both message and call center are the only options ( no email). You may speak to multiple people. ( NO OVERSIGHT or REPORTING ) I am still in the middle of all this and trying to find out if the damage is really bad, but I dont really need an excuse to leave Amazon. Advice to you- dont keep cc stored, change passwords frequently, use 2 step, check your junk mail. Their customer service blows CHUNKS.

Hi, On December 3th, 2018, I bought 10 items which were delivered in 2 packages and it is supposed that both of them were delivered in the same day (7th december). However, I only received one. Amazon is horrible. I constantly receive incorrect or damaged items. Once returned I have to keep asking where my refund is after tracking numbers show they have their product back. Customer service representatives are very hard to deal with because they do not comprehend much of anything. They never follow thru on anything they promise. Same issues happen over and over again. I'm done with Amazon. It's not worth the headache and time you have to spend to make sure Amazon gets it right.

I placed an order as an Amazon Prime member on 10/17/16 and choose the 2 day free shipping option. As of today 10/19/16 at 10:35 pm no order has been received, despite the indication on the website which still reflects delivery but 8pm 10/19/16. I contacted customer service who advised that this "may" be a glitch and that they were unable to resolve the issue or advise when I would receive my package guaranteed for delivery 10/19/16 at 8pm. I requested a supervisor, and after a hold time the representative returned to the line with a proposed resolution. I was advised that I could be credited the total cost of my item to place a new order for which shipping could be expedited. After receiving the credit and placing the order, the representative advised that there was no option to expedite the shipping despite the previous promise much like that of the original guaranteed shipping. The representative went on to advise that if this package also doesn't arrive they would then take other routes to resolution. So after waiting for my guaranteed shipment, and not receiving it I was asked to continue to wait and hopefully recieve my item. The representative advised that I could keep both items, as some sort of consolation. I again asked to speak with a supervisor. When the member of the management team came on the line he proceeded to advise that my original shipment had been lost in transit. After 40 minutes on the telephone I was given totally different information than that of the previous representative. I asked how this was possible and the supervisor stated he had more acces than that of the representative. I advised that I expected much more from a company with such a good reputation, a company whom I pay monthly to have perks such as free two day shipping. I asked for a formal complaint process, and was advised that there is no process outside of complaining against the representatives, and therefore prompting coaching. The supervisor processed a refund, and advised that even this would take 3-5 days. Though I appreciate the refund, receipt of my item would have been significantly better. This complaint is to advise other prime members, that Amazon.com's guaranteed shipping is no guarantee at all, nor can we go on the word of their customer service and supervisory agents.

I went on Amazon to look for some type of protection due to the fact that a lot of crazy things been going on where I live. I talked to a guy & he was telling me about the 2 Day shipping. I wasn't in a rush but he talked me into it. A month later, $99 was taken out of my account! I went through my transactions & it says Amazon Prime Membership. I immediately called them & told them I want my money back, I didn't give you permission to take money out of my account, & why they didn't discuss this with me before. They canceled my membership & gave me my money back. The next day, its gone again & guess who takes it.... AMAZON!! If this continue's to happen, I will sue them !

Maybe you should READ WHAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO BEFORE YOU SIGN UP! It clearly states you will be charged for the entire membership if you do not cancel your free trial. Own up to your error instead of blaming everyone else.

I ordered an iClebo YCR O5-10 vacuum in June. I was told it would be a few days to ship. Amazon "partners" have been selling the same product on the Amazon site continuously since I ordered, although at a higher price than Amazon quoted to me in June, but I know from prior experience that when there is a problem withone of its "partners," Amazon does not stand behind its "partners." Other vendors are selling the same product over the web, at least one at the price Amazon quoted to me in June. I have been told several times over the 3+ months that Amazon "needs a few more days" to give me a shipping date. Now, in early October, I am still getting the same runaround. I cancelled.

Amazon - What a joke

purchased a case from one of the sellers on Amazon, Boxwave returned paid to have a signature so they would not be able to say they didn't get it. Well they did get it and now amazon will not help me get my money back even thought the customer service rep saw on the post office site that the item was signed for. I am now looking for some where else to get my books, etc. they are just after the money. customer service sucks. what do you do when a company like amazon just laughs in your face.
