Lost my package. Ya A refund but not in time for birthday party.

I’m a prime member but that apparently doesn’t matter.

Future orders will be direct with the vendor.

Amazon doesn’t take care of you like they should for the biggest company in the world.

Your time will come!!

I have been a Prime member for years however, there has been a remarkable decline over the past several months. Guarantee ship dates of two days.

The catch is my item will be in limbo and untraceable for days and sometimes weeks before it ships! Today, I asked what was going on and was told they guarantee shipment in two days once shipped. I cancelled Prime today.

Price was raised and customer service got worse. I guess they are another SEARS.
