So we have always shopped here with gift cards so about a month ago my wife bought a 100.00 gift card and preceded to order baby stuff for a shower . Well when I looked at order the email was not mine but the order went through.
So I told them about it and they said what was my email so I told them and they said no such thing but in the mean time I tried to fix this for a week to no avail. So they told me to try to log on again so I did and it worked. But it is a brand new account with none of our history of buying on it.
So back on the phone with them and they could not help with anything so basicly Im out 15.00 that is left on the account and cant see my history from shopping with them for 20 years. So we wont be using them anymore
