I’m currently a driver at DSD1, in Rancho Bernardo, CA. Most days, it’s bearable but today, I had the worst experience that I ever had at the yard.
My packages were all messed and in the wrong bags, my overflow came out 2 late, (it wasn’t just me, there was many drivers with the same problems. No vans were numbered and routes were being placed at the wrong vans! As a driver, I was very frustrated and what I experienced from Amazon, was shocking. Sarah Robles and Brady, (Amazon employees) started laughing and thought it was a big joke.
Not funny when everything is in disarray and not able 2 find. I’m sure that I have contacted the wrong personnel but could you please pass on my complaint and request 2 the right department.
