Horrible way to treat loyal prime members after rates going up to. Hmmm I think they’re a tightwad *** company they take your money and then they hold you as prisoner that again Customer Service F minus

First off after being on hold after going through secret security to try to find the Amazon prime telephone number I ended up in a Third World country where all I could hear was the background although he had a headset on it took him 20 minutes to process a full refund on something that the automated line was gonna do in less than two seconds I waited an extra four days for this dinnerware today was my day for eligibility to cancel the order info then he got into which car do you want me to refund it to I only have one card and Amazon prime card I ended up hanging up. For one of the worlds largest companies Amazon Jeff Bezos and the rest of the clowns at the wheel your customer service is an F minus and that would be grivong a very nice grade
The disposal from who knows where third country I have had to hang up on him after 20 minutes I am just amazed at the *** service theyll take your money as soon as you order it and then he said oh itll take 4 to 5 business days to put it back onto your Amazon card as a credit no thats not how it works its an instant credit anyway thanks for letting me vent I just placed a few orders with their competitor maybe they think theyre sitting on top of the mountain and nobody could touch them but theyre touchable and theres again F minus and thats being nice unhappy customer Larry
