My two day delivery that I pay extra for has turned into 5 days. I ordered it on a Monday.
It is now Thursday Evening and no package. I have called several times. Each time I call I am told something different. I was told it was “in my mailbox”, Then I was told “ it will be there in 1/2 hour, it will be thete tomorrow.
It appears that your neighborhood determines if you will receive a timely delivery! So why pay for Prime?????? The attitude of Customer Service is terrible. They could care less.
I spoke to a Meg c ( they cannot give any more identification) who said that I could have a refund but it would take 3-5 days to make its way back into my account! When I TRACKED THE PACKAGE and it said it would not arrive until Sunday..
she did not believe me! The whole customer service is unbelievable.
