I ordered my last item from amazon. A drone for a child’s birthday.
Ordered in plenty of time but I got an email stating that they lost it in transit. First strike. Chatted online to reorder and reship but it was from a private seller so they couldn’t do that. Why not?
Checked sellers website and they still have inventory. Second strike. Tried to give me an amazon card after I stated that I was done with the poor service. Third strike.
The only thing I’ll use amazon for is to find the private sellers who sell the things I want to buy. I can almost guarantee that I’ll receive my packages.
