I ordered a echo 4th Gen and 2 smart bulbs admittedly a long time ago almost exactly a year.. products stopped working about 6 months in I finally decided to see if Amazon would honor and she said she could and would replace it ...

next day it disappeared I gotbtossed around to different people learning the warranty just ended so a promise made was indeed a promise broken.. I just know Amazon is so great with customer satisfaction I didn't see it coming .. the following associates were not very friendly especially the one at echo ... I was very taken back and honestly disappointed I did get the smart bulbs but I ordered the echo cause it helps me take my medications im disabled and reminders really help .

So I was upset at that they did give me a c 10 dollar credit and I appreciated but I really needed the echo and I don't work anymore due to my disability I just can't afford another unfortunately... very disappointing ruined my next couple days I spent on the phone trying to figure everything out

User's recommendation: Don't take your first associates word and ifvyou call to ask questions prepare for an unwelcoming greeting.

Monetary Loss: $99.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Amazon Pros: Usually very helpful reliable andvfriendly, Frustrating, Very dissatisfied.

Amazon Cons: Impatience rudeness and out right bad customer service, Customer reps hard to get.
