Its absolutely ridiculous when somebody asked for a refund then you refund the money to a gift card meaning it needs to all be spent at Amazon. This is unconscionable and besides the fact its just plain rude!
You stated that my refund would be given to my bank account which it was taken from, when in reality you put it on in a gift card account that Hass to be spent on Amazon.
There is also an item that was returned I never received it because it was damaged in shipment and you returned to the sender I had to call three times just to get my money refunded for that. Is this is the way you do business I guess I just will not be shopping at Amazon anymore and Ill be complaining to everybody that I know make it right or I go away
User's recommendation: Don’t shop at Amazon.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Amazon Cons: Not being able to speak to a real customer s ervice persom.
