I have used amazon for many years...very positive and happy.
You know what the service is and they have a very defined step by step order process that You follow to select the product and specify how It will be charged how it will be shipped and the place to deliver your order....then a review of the order with an opportunity to edit or change or confirm the order .....
It works very well and for the past 8 -10 years we know how it works....
This business model has been hijacked by nit wits who are not accountable....
It seems the group at Kindle are out to sink the ship and can place an order and charge you for anything you look at and not have you make any decision on the purchase .....
Yes they billed me for something I wanted to look at.....no order process at all?
Then when I found the customer service unable to explain who or how these pirates are able to bill my account without any effort .... it was less than an adequate answerer... so I made a decision to cancel my membership....not going to support these crooks.
