New ReviewerMy Kindle which I have owned for about 8 years and from which I have had great pleasure has finally given up the ghost. Maybe time to buy a new one?
Firstly, I cannot open it as it doesn't switch on so I want to start using my wife' Irene's Kindle in the interim. I was supposed to have her Kindle as a Family unit so what I have on mine should reflect on hers, but no luck. Firstly, on going to the amazon.com/device support website the following appears. My Kindle was supposedly registered on 7th October 2018, yet I owned it in South Africa, long before we moved to Malta in 2018.
Secondly, it shows I have 221 items supposedly shared with Irene, my wife's Kindle. On going to Product Support, it tells me I don't have any products eligible for support???
It also says I haven't placed any orders in 2020 or 2021??? What's going on???
