Amazon - Keep telling me over and over to wait 48 hours for assistance
I purchased a bath mat from jacknns through Amazon.con
on October 8, 2021

Order Total: $11.50
Arrived: Wednesday October 18,2021
I cleaned a spot on the mat and the started to deterioate.
and was told to return the mat by: February1,2022
At first I was told to just send the mat(unpackaged) back by UPS
Then I was told to box it up and send UPS
Or: Wait until Sunday October 17,2021: and if seller has not been able to help than please contact us again.
Saturday, October 16, 2021:11:37pm-sent the two (2) jpeg pictures of the deteriorated mat and jacknns never responded back that they received the pictures.
jacknns has told me three (3) times now to wait 48 hours(2days) and please let them know how to assist me to resolve the issue I have experienced
However, When I wait as demnanded, jacknns informs me to wait another 48 hours (2 days)and please let them know how to assist me to resolve the issue I have experienced.
User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM jacknns on Amazon.
Monetary Loss: $11.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Amazon Pros: Non.
Amazon Cons: Deteriorates after cleaning, False advertising of delivery times, Rude customer service, Deteriorates.
