This may be my last update. But I will not forget what happened and I intend to be informative about this issue to others.

I obtained proof from FedEx that the tracking number supplied by the seller, Shana Coxas, was not intended for me or my address. I provided this info to Amazon and they refuse to assist any further, even threatening to no respond to my email, this is most likely because that the tracking on FedEx website shows, it was delivered, although its not MY package. That package was NOT delivered here. Strange how the supplied tracking number and shipping label was created the same day I asked for an update after waiting a week after purchase.

I even went as far to back up the the entire day of surveillance video showing only myself signing for deliveries from both FedEx trucks and I am not G. Hefner. I have already ordered the same item from another supplier and received it. So needless to say I am out of the original money and the package and there seems nothing I can do about it.

This Shana Coxas, if a real name, is scamming people and getting away with it. Because of this negligence on Amazon's part, I have removed Amazon from my supplier list as well as the company I work for.

I cannot stress enough to buyers, Amazon's "A to Z Guarantee" has serious flaws in it and will leave you without your orders and funds. Is it worth the risk to you?

New info. It appears this is not the fault of FedEx. According to the info FedEx provided, the Amazon seller accidentally or intentionally provided the wrong tracking number.

Like others I never received my ordered item. The carrier FedEx, stated item was delivered and signed for but there is no one here by the name on the signature.

And after personally talking to the delivery person, they have no idea who it is. So like others I filed a claim in Amazon's "A to Z Guarantee" and they denied the claim stating the package was delivered and signed for by someone at my address. So now I am out of the funds and the item. I am not sure if its Amazon or FedEx's fault but Amazon's Guarantee is totally worthless to protect the consumer.

Needless to say I have joined the many who will boycott Amazon and never use their services again. Good riddance to unsafe business.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $210.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
