I ordered a phone and it never arrived the day it was supposed to.

We called and that`s when we found out that fed ex "lost"it

Amazon didn`t give us other option that refund it and reorder it. They said that the reorder will be expedite but that was not true, we are still waiting for the phone even if we have prime it was ordered yesterday and it might arrive sometime next week.

Now they say that the 2 days guarantee is from the moment it ships and business days. So if it was ordered Thursday evening it will star counting from Friday, if it`s shipped Friday, skip the weekend, as if all the delivery companies don`t work in weekends, and Monday will be 1 day so Tuesday is 2nd day and alleged delivery day, if everything goes well.
