Representative was scripted & was not listening to the problem. Stated item was delivered to a receptionist. We do not have an office or a receptionist.
Delivery person did not attempt to use delivery instructions & access codes provided. Then I was told delivery was recorded in error & would be delivered by 8pm. Never happened.
Lastly told that if It never arrives to call back in 24 hours to their automated system from *** Unable to have a chat without using their app which is useless space on my phone. I use a laptop & would like to send them a written message instead of wasting my time with app chats & their phone system from ***
All this delays me from getting my order when A replacement could have been processed today. The person playing billiards in our clubhouse went home with a new Dutch oven today.
Monetary Loss: $50.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Amazon Pros: Product selection.
Amazon Cons: Very difficult to resolve missing items.
