Hello yes Im still waiting for my situation to be resolved I ordered a lawn mower online on April 8 and an outdoor lighted palm tree on April 9-somehow someway when the delivery came to lawn mowers were delivered-I ordered one thats issue number one-they communicate with me saying I would be issued a refund for one lawn mower(im still waiting to see that refund) The second issue is they emailed me information on how to send the second lawnmower back(I followed directions 100%) I printed two labels that were on the email one I attached to the outside of the box and one was put inside of the box as directed-when I got to FedEx they said I had to pay? According to the email directions it was supposed to be a prepaid label!

I paid $111.13 out of my own pocket to send the lawnmower back as I was not going to log around a 50 pound large box with the lawn mower in it-I have the receipt from FedEx-again I need to be reimbursed for the shipping and sending the second lawnmower back that I did not order! Please help!
