I bought this gaming chair in july of 2021 through amazon called zeanus. I liked how quick it was to assemble.
I gave them a good review. The seat was hard as a rock. They offered me a little refund for a seat cushion under there suggestion. They then to implore me to take down my negative reviewI bought it with the refund for it.
In sept 2021 they paid me in full my refund. Dec 21 2021 i wrote that i needed in a new head rest due to it cracking. Zeanus then told me it would be 20 dollars.
I have a 12 month warranty. I should not have to buy a part.
In the next letter that was sent after i told zeanus i was in warranty since i was within the 12 months. They told me that i am not within warranty and would i like to continue my purchase of the headrest. I then contacted amazon about it. Due to the refund it voids the warranty.
Would have been nice to be told this in sept in stead of me thinking i am in warranty the whole time.
I then went to the bbb. Told my story to them. I get a response from amazon not zeanus. Stating i am out of warranty due to it not being paid for.
I disagreed with it. They closed my case same with amazon. Then ZEANUS HAD THE NERVE to write me with an exclamation point that states
The most import thing is we have refund the money to you, you got a free chair. You could throw the chair out or purchase a new chair from other seller.
You have got a free chair , you also want to get free replacement parts. That's really funny....
I guess the funny part is i never deleted my emails on amazon.

User's recommendation: DO NOT BY A GAMING CHAIR FROM ZEANUS.
Preferred solution: Apology.
Amazon Pros: This is ridiculous, Hard to find products.
Amazon Cons: Had a bad experience with zeanus.
