This is a cluster situation. I ordered a Split California King Adjustable base Bed from Amazon 10/20/21.

Supplied by Sleep Geetz. Shipped from Reno by MTS to Southwest Logistics for white glove install. Bed did not fit and one mattress was damaged. Returned bed by Southwest to their facility in Ontario CA on 11/5/21.

Southwest requested a pick up return with MTS to Reno and they have not picked up the bed in 2.5 months.

Until it get to Reno I cannot get a refund.

I have no control on the return or refund.

I ordered and had delivered a replacement King Split Adjustable Bed which was delivered and installed on 12/3/21 even though the base was damaged. Based on the damage cycle I have experienced, most people elect to self install and then return when they damage the bed in the self install and the bed is then sent back out damaged.

I will file a small claims action against all four parties next week.

User's recommendation: Stay away from Sven & Sons beds and supplier Sleep Geetz.
