Amazon has made it virtually impossible to file a complaint. The customer service links are ALWAYS broken, leading to pictures of miscellaneous "Amazon Dogs," rather than contact info.

They're good about facilitating returns "digitally" but they make it impossible to contact a person or the company. Human customer service is non-existent. If you have a problem with a delivery, forget about it. Accept it, or drive to a return center and send it back - no other option.

I had a package apparently just tossed out the window of a delivery van onto the driveway where anyone walking by could have picked it up. No way whatsoever to inform Amazon of irresponsible behavior by a driver.

They obviously don't care. Take it or leave it.

User's recommendation: Take it or leave it - no wayward to file a complaint.

Preferred solution: There should be a way to contact customer service with delivery service issues. There are no options to inform the company of poor delivery service..
