I’ve spoke to 4 different people now, and still am having issues. I made a purchase, that amazon then canceled.

I called, and was informed to just go ahead and repurchase my items, or i could wait for a refund (which i didn’t have time for). He informed me, and assured me that the original order was canceled, and i would *definitely not* receive those items. I went ahead and repurchased my items, and called again, she assured me that i would NOT receive any duplicates, and that i would get a clean cut refund in 5-10 days. I am now beginning to receive duplicates of my items.

I called, and a lady helped me, but my issue still remains.

And I now have to take the time to package up each individual item i receive a duplicate of, return it, and wait even longer for my refund, that i was assured MULTIPLE times, would not happen.

That’s completely outrageous.

Why should I have to wait an extra 2+ weeks for a refund, that I should’ve already had? And take the time out of my day to send each item back and wait.

User's recommendation: If your order gets canceled by amazon, wait a week or more before rebuying.
