Amazon Prime charged after cancelation

I signed up for the free trial of prime awhile back and then cancelled it after 2 weeks because I had no use for it. Now I have been charged for it out of the blue right as I am about to take a small trip to see friends and family and my account took a hit. The lack of understanding and compassion from the "Leadership team" made me want to never use Amazon ever again. All they said is it will be refunded in 2 to 3 business days. Well, its the weekend. They never would acknowledge that they messed up and would not even apologize for the incident. Nobody should need to worry about money being taken from their account.

amazon fail again. long term amazon lover now I will not order anything from them at all.

I have a credit on my account because they think if you are upset they will give you free money and you will be happy again.

Not So customers want our reviews heard and listen to we want to say when a product is bad and get the word out. How can we trust any review on amazon when they will not print what we say if we are negative.

Portion of product not shipped - Amazon won't help

I tried to submit a review directly on Amazon and they sent me an email telling me they would not post it. Amazon was the distributor/re-seller (for aSavings) for a bundled set of cookware that was supposed to come with 2 knives, an oven mitt and a set of cooking utensils. It wasn't a cheap set. The 12-piece cookware came just fine, but the other items did not. Amazon sent me to aSavings, after telling me that they cannot help me, and aSavings sent me back to Amazon, claiming they didn't have my order information, but the order info was, in fact, provided. Needless to say, neither company is willing to step up and fix the issue. I've always had great luck with Amazon. Their refusal to post my review on their site and their unwillingness to handle the matter have lost a loyal customer.

Amazon will not allow bad feedback for some sellers ( I.E. employees or ones they have stock in) If you keep trying to leave feedback for them all your future feedback will be blocked .It has happened to many others. :p

call your credit card company and put the changes in disbute. let amazon prove it was delivered.

make sure you also email them have everything in writing what wasn't delivered!! normally they will give you a 8.00 dollar credit for future purchases keep at it.

Amazon Ripped me Off

I recently bought a code for Xbox live for a 3 month subscription and it did not work. I tried to get a refund but Amazon would not allow me to refund my purchase I was out $25.00. I am no longer going to buy codes for games on there services because now I now it is a lost customer. Well Amazon does not care if you have bought a fake Product all they care about is making money. Well because of this stunt that you not refund me I will no longer shop on amazon website good day.

Yeah, right.

The treatment you received from Amazon is its usual treatment of customers (who pay Amazon). BUT, once you pay Amazon, it is Amazon's money.

12-12 and 12-14 AMAZON ORDERS LATE for XMAS

OK, I did not order last minute - I ordered 2 IN-STOCK items way back on 12-12 and 12-14. They were Christmas presents and per Amazon, were to arrive by 12-19-13. One arrived late, on 12-26....and the other one is still MIA, hung up in Forest Park IL per tracking info. Amazon and its sellers should not use the USPS because clearly, they suck. I have not heard anything from Amazon about my complaints and I thought they were compensating unhappy customers with a $20 gift card and shipping reimbursement. I expect Amazon to live up to its delivery promises, especially when they are ordered 2 weeks in advance.

I am sick and tired of this company trying to get rid of the post office with Drones. This needs to stop this company is the Wal Mart to Best Buy and it hard to compete with them. The CEO needs to stop the Amazon Drone Program because it will kill thousand of jobs. The Amazon Drone program will for sure kill the United States Post office and this needs to stop at all cost. The company does not care how many jobs they will kill in the future but how much $ they will make in future profits in years to come.

Amazon review in Lisle, Illinois: No Quality Control

I Recently purchased 3 phone cases. All three cases were defective in that they didn't fit the phone. They are not usable. Not only am I fighting reimbursement for two of the cases, I am stuck with all the erroneous shipping charges because they dont care what kind of garbage is being sold. 20 emails later, I still don't have a refund on two cases, either. And the companies will help refund my money if i take down my bad reviews. Are you kidding me? There is no quality control. If I didn't like it, I would pay the charges, but not when it's unusable. Amazon won't return my call or email, either.
