Luis G a CS manager offers me a $10 account credit for allowing me to wait 5 days for a VERY important part to my dryer to be sent using two day shipping! I called into the Amazon customer service department because for days the unit showed not yet shipped but had a delivery date for 8/10/16. I knew there was NO WAY it would arrive tomorrow when it still hasn't shipped and call after call after call I'm advised "ma'am it's coming as your online account shows" finally I get a representative that says "ma'am that part is out of stock and it will ship by maybe the 17th"! This is horrible and the rude smug supervisor Luis gets on the line and offers me a $10 credit. When I advised that was offensive considering now I have to order the part from the manufacture and pay more for next day shipping than I was paying for the part via Amazon using my prime "benefits" he says "is there anything else I can help you with" and disconnected the call while I was speaking. Amazons mistake is costing me over $200 with expedited shipping which if they would told me FIVE DAYS AND THREE CALLS AGO that the part was OOS I could have went to the manufacture and paid $12 for two day now I'm paying $79 for over night We have a child with special needs that is also a bed wetter this long without a dryer has been rough, then the horrible treatment we received from Amazon and topped off with having to pay double for the part now is the worst part!

Out of sudden 3 weeks ago my debit card was charged for an amazon prime membership despite the fact I had never submitted to amazon prime! It is good that I notice this from my bank statement, so that I canceled it right away, and they say they are going to refund in 2-3 days (it better be true). Whatever, but taking 49 dollars from your customer account for a try-out service that he/she doesn't want is super deceptive and cheap Amazon. I hate this kind of business scheme, and they should be ashamed as they are a *** big and good company.

Amazon review in Chicago, Illinois: Shipped wrong item and blamed me

I purchased a wheelchair thru Amazon and specifically ordered a certain model, I even have a picture of the item that I purchased, well when it arrived it was clearly the wrong model which I didn't order. well trying to get in touch with the seller, a company called Big Apple Supplies, forget it, I then complained to Amazon, who really did not want any part of me, I couldn't get it in their heads that I was shipped the wrong item, they told me that I could return the item but at my own cost and that there was also a restocking fee. when I didn't accept this I complain to their A-Z guarantee system, another joke, finally they said that they would credit my account the shipping charges, I sent the item back and I'm now waiting for my refund, one thing I learned is that they will not pay shipping charges even if it is their mistake, I will think about buying from Amazon in the future.

"Your Amazon .com account has been closed". This is the email I received after spending thousands of dollars at their site. Apparently if you decide to utilize the return feature that they so pride themselves on as easy and convenient , you're account will be closed! What an absolute poor business model! I wonder if Jeff Bezos has every returned a purchase!? I will gladly take my business elsewhere and do my best to discourage anyone from purchasing from Amazon . In fact Jet.com is a fantastic alternative!!

This device is advertised to be a good product but in my case it was proven defective even before it had much use. First the display went out but even worse the voice in it started talking slow. There is no resolution to this and pretty much for the $40 it cost it was not worth it and another clear example of Chinese made junk. I have therefore stopped buying anything through Amazon as they sell products that do not stand up. It is nothing but a total piece of ***. I will spread the word. What is the purpose of buying a device if it does not even last 6 months? I have contacted the company that made them but you never hear anything back.

Signed up for a free trial of Amazon Prime a year ago, not knowing I would be charged a membership fee at the end. Probably am oversight on my part so I let it go. I KNOW I clicked an option to NOT automatically renew my subscription. But guess what... They did anyway, and overdrafted my checking account. Getting the money from Amazon refunded was easy but now I have overdraft fees to pay. Prime is NOT worth the cost. Their streaming service doesn't have anything worth watching on it. Many items aren't Prime eligible. Very pissed at Amazon right now and I've been a member since 2007...

Made order by mistake on 8/9/15. Cancelled order 3 hours later. Received confirmation by email on 8/9/15 that order was cancelled. On 8/10/15 Amazon charged my account. Customer service first denied that the charge was made. When shown that it was made they said they would refund the money in ten days maybe. In fact go call your bank. I said banks aren't open in the US at 7pm, they didn't know this because they were in India. They then said they couldn't refund the money because they didn't recognize Chase bank Finally they said that they would refund the money in 24 hrs. Clearly holding on to my money for ten days greatly the bottom line of Amazon.

Amazon review in Chicago, Illinois: Smear campain because I did not sign up.

My son and I both had Amazon accounts. My son got booted off of Amazon and Amazon closed my account as well because we share the same address and IP address. I contacted Axtron to see if they could help get me back on Amazon. I talked with customer service rep named Pablo. I did research about the company and found out that it had a bad reputation and only a C rating with the BBB. I also did research on how to get back on Amazon and determined that I could do it my self with out having to give hundreds of dollars to Axtron. I told Pablo this. The next day I found out that he had started a smear campaign against my business. What a low life company.
