I wasted so much time trying to work with them i went past my return window with Amazon. Its $90 piece of garbage.

My rejected Amazon review is below for Allegro coffee I ordered that was supposed to be decaf, was not decaf, but had a paper label saying it was. Amazon said the review fails to meet their review criteria. Beware of this coffee I ordered decaf french roast and the product arrived with a paper sticker that said it was decaf french roast, but the pouch stated the contents were breakfast blend and no markings for decaf. When I opened it and saw and smelled the coffee. I knew it was not french roast as it was a light blend. Thus, they sent me coffee with caffeine disguised as decaf. This is a big deal if your on decaf for medical reasons.

Amazon in Chicago, Illinois - Shipped wrong item and blamed me

I purchased a wheelchair thru Amazon and specifically ordered a certain model, I even have a picture of the item that I purchased, well when it arrived it was clearly the wrong model which I didn't order. well trying to get in touch with the seller, a company called Big Apple Supplies, forget it, I then complained to Amazon, who really did not want any part of me, I couldn't get it in their heads that I was shipped the wrong item, they told me that I could return the item but at my own cost and that there was also a restocking fee. when I didn't accept this I complain to their A-Z guarantee system, another joke, finally they said that they would credit my account the shipping charges, I sent the item back and I'm now waiting for my refund, one thing I learned is that they will not pay shipping charges even if it is their mistake, I will think about buying from Amazon in the future.

Amazon in Chicago, Illinois - Smear campain because I did not sign up.

My son and I both had Amazon accounts. My son got booted off of Amazon and Amazon closed my account as well because we share the same address and IP address. I contacted Axtron to see if they could help get me back on Amazon. I talked with customer service rep named Pablo. I did research about the company and found out that it had a bad reputation and only a C rating with the BBB. I also did research on how to get back on Amazon and determined that I could do it my self with out having to give hundreds of dollars to Axtron. I told Pablo this. The next day I found out that he had started a smear campaign against my business. What a low life company.

amazon fail again. long term amazon lover now I will not order anything from them at all.

I have a credit on my account because they think if you are upset they will give you free money and you will be happy again.

Not So customers want our reviews heard and listen to we want to say when a product is bad and get the word out. How can we trust any review on amazon when they will not print what we say if we are negative.

Portion of product not shipped - Amazon won't help

I tried to submit a review directly on Amazon and they sent me an email telling me they would not post it. Amazon was the distributor/re-seller (for aSavings) for a bundled set of cookware that was supposed to come with 2 knives, an oven mitt and a set of cooking utensils. It wasn't a cheap set. The 12-piece cookware came just fine, but the other items did not. Amazon sent me to aSavings, after telling me that they cannot help me, and aSavings sent me back to Amazon, claiming they didn't have my order information, but the order info was, in fact, provided. Needless to say, neither company is willing to step up and fix the issue. I've always had great luck with Amazon. Their refusal to post my review on their site and their unwillingness to handle the matter have lost a loyal customer.

Amazon will not allow bad feedback for some sellers ( I.E. employees or ones they have stock in) If you keep trying to leave feedback for them all your future feedback will be blocked .It has happened to many others. :p

call your credit card company and put the changes in disbute. let amazon prove it was delivered.

make sure you also email them have everything in writing what wasn't delivered!! normally they will give you a 8.00 dollar credit for future purchases keep at it.

12-12 and 12-14 AMAZON ORDERS LATE for XMAS

OK, I did not order last minute - I ordered 2 IN-STOCK items way back on 12-12 and 12-14. They were Christmas presents and per Amazon, were to arrive by 12-19-13. One arrived late, on 12-26....and the other one is still MIA, hung up in Forest Park IL per tracking info. Amazon and its sellers should not use the USPS because clearly, they suck. I have not heard anything from Amazon about my complaints and I thought they were compensating unhappy customers with a $20 gift card and shipping reimbursement. I expect Amazon to live up to its delivery promises, especially when they are ordered 2 weeks in advance.

Inconsiderate Amazon seller and no response

I ordered an item as a Christmas gift, which was actually given on Dec 28th, as we traveled to the recipient's home after Christmas Day. We didn't arrive home until after Jan 2, the deadline from the Amazon seller (ebusiness). My first request to return the item, which was around Jan 8 (I didn't then know about their deadline) went unanswered. I tried again and was told it wasn't returnable. So 3 things: 1) January 2 is an inconsiderate deadline.2) There's no excuse for not responding to a customer, and 3) it is nearly impossible to contact Amazon with a complains such as this. The menu of options doesn't address it as an option. What is, I suppose meant to make contacting them easy, is a lesson in frustration. Less business - far less - for Amazon from me, and none for ebusiness.
