Remo+ wont connect to internet router and calling customer service is useless at remo. they never answer the phone, have very limited hours, and called me back with an unintelligible message at 730pm four days after i left the message. I wasted so much time trying to work with them i went past my return window with Amazon. Its $90 piece of garbage.

My rejected Amazon review is below for Allegro coffee I ordered that was supposed to be decaf, was not decaf, but had a paper label saying it was. Amazon said the review fails to meet their review criteria. Beware of this coffee I ordered decaf french roast and the product arrived with a paper sticker that said it was decaf french roast, but the pouch stated the contents were breakfast blend and no markings for decaf. When I opened it and saw and smelled the coffee. I knew it was not french roast as it was a light blend. Thus, they sent me coffee with caffeine disguised as decaf. This is a big deal if your on decaf for medical reasons.

My Amazon packages are typically delivered via USPS, sometimes UPS or FedEx UNLESS it was a same-day or next-day purchase. In order to fulfill those orders they have to use one of their own delivery services.

I haven’t had any bad experiences and I order A LOT from Amazon. It may vary depending on where you live, but if you want to avoid this try to stick with the standard Prime 2-day shipping.

I purchased an item and the price dropped by 60 dollars before the item shipped. I asked for a refund and was told it was to late to cancel my order and they only price match on TV's. I was told I could return the item and purchase the item at the discounted price. I will return the item but I will not buy it at Amazon. I will purchase the item from Walmart. It makes no sense to return a non defective product so you can purchase the item again at a reduced cost. This is not how you take care of your customers. At least if I bought the product at Walmart I could just take it back to the store.

All retailers have their own procedures and are incapable of changing them for any reason, much less common sense. That's why cashiers, for example at a store are confounded and unable to sell you something that hasn't a tag with a bar code on it---they have no procedure for something that cannot be scanned into their computer.

When a place like Kohls has a computer problem they simply stop selling anything to anyone because they cannot scan the item.

They are unable to even take cash. This inability to compensate for the unexpected does not bode well in the event of a major disruptive event.

Luis G a CS manager offers me a $10 account credit for allowing me to wait 5 days for a VERY important part to my dryer to be sent using two day shipping! I called into the Amazon customer service department because for days the unit showed not yet shipped but had a delivery date for 8/10/16. I knew there was NO WAY it would arrive tomorrow when it still hasn't shipped and call after call after call I'm advised "ma'am it's coming as your online account shows" finally I get a representative that says "ma'am that part is out of stock and it will ship by maybe the 17th"! This is horrible and the rude smug supervisor Luis gets on the line and offers me a $10 credit. When I advised that was offensive considering now I have to order the part from the manufacture and pay more for next day shipping than I was paying for the part via Amazon using my prime "benefits" he says "is there anything else I can help you with" and disconnected the call while I was speaking. Amazons mistake is costing me over $200 with expedited shipping which if they would told me FIVE DAYS AND THREE CALLS AGO that the part was OOS I could have went to the manufacture and paid $12 for two day now I'm paying $79 for over night We have a child with special needs that is also a bed wetter this long without a dryer has been rough, then the horrible treatment we received from Amazon and topped off with having to pay double for the part now is the worst part!
