I am 64 years old senior citizen I'm working with two different credit cards and Amazon is pulling money off my card putting it back on there and taking it off again its very confusing I am very disenchanted I don't understand when you first take the money off the card why would you put it back on there and then take it off again it sounds to me like you are intentionally trying to confuse me I pray to God that you will figure out what you are doing otherwise I have to take my business elsewhere I'm very unhappy with their service! I am a very, very unhappy customer.
I live on a fixed income and I love arts and craft but I have to deal with a big corporation doing this to a customer that's living below poverty level.
