I send 5400 dollars a month ago I recieved the wrong item I contacted customer care he attempted to get me to take the item any way with a slight discount the item is 2 thousand dollars cheaper so he intentionally send the wrong item and tried to make extra money off me during this covid 19 pandemic I contacted Amazon to make them aware of this but no one cared I will be contacting an attorney and I will be leaving g the Amazon community this was a horrible experience Amazon does not care about their customers or their wellbeing now I have to wait weeks to get another camera constantly missing work I am a videographer and photographer this was the worst experience by far and the worst part of one cared I was just another caller very unprofessional and I will follow up with my attorney

Monetary Loss: $1000.

Preferred solution: They could have sent me at least some of the money I lost or send me the correct item with a discount for my loss to help me during this covid 19 pandemic I did everything right why am I being treated this way .

Amazon Cons: Lost money no one cared during covid 19.
