I took prime membership today with a view to watch prime video in my jiofibre TV, knowing that I can cancel it when ever I want. But after logging in prime video in my jio tv, I came to know that prime video is available free of cost for one year since I have taken gold plan in jiofibre TV.

When ever I am trying to login prime video in jio TV with my Amazon login I'd and password, it says this facility is not available sine I already have a prime membership. As such I want to cancel my prime membership and get refund less one month subscription of Rs 129 if full refund is not possible. Once my prime membership is cancelled, I will be able to watch prime video in jiofibre plan free of cost.

Now neither I am able to watch in jiofibre TV, not I am getting refund. Kindly help.

User's recommendation: Do not buy Amazon prime membership if you have jiofibre TV.
