Well I was double charged for an item I bought and I was sent two items I talked to four different people the first one said that we could refund the item but I couldnt canceled because it was already sent The next two said that it was a security Feature that I was charged twice and then it wouldnt take out the second charge I was even sent an email explaining it But what they both said was not true because I was still charge twice and they never a mention about a second item being sent to me so I put in a dispute with my bank against yall And when I asked for my money back from the fourth person They said I would have to cancel my dispute which Im not going to do because I did not order two items All of your customer services employees been completely useless And have been giving me false information
