Hi!!! I call last week I did not like the attitude from costumer service I told him that I bought a gift to my daughter in Virginia in November and she received the wrong item that I purchased and I also told customer service about an order that I cant not returned because in Puerto Rico UPS dont have the new label system installed this person told me that I can not return the item five box of Solar string lights because the due month was in February he is going to sent me a return label for the wrong item received .

It is not on my hand I took the box to UPS , Advanced Auto Parts and Postnet no luck. Thank you for your help.

Monetary Loss: $125.

Amazon Pros: Advertise wrong kind of item.
