I recently purchased a bottle of Le Male for $77.29. When I opened the container or packaging it comes in the bottle was almost completely empty.
It was brand new so I assume that the cologne must have somehow leaked or evaporated. I have my proof of purchase and would like either a full refund or a replacement bottle. I have attached a copy of my receipt which should be sufficient for processing my refund. My email address is email@example.com.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I guess I need more words so I can send this to you. I will also be following up with a phone call to ensure that my complaint is taken serious. You make it almost impossible for someone to contact you in regards to their purchases.
This tells me you dont care about what your customers have to say. You only care about taking their money
